El sitio web del consulado americano en Monterrey considera peligroso que las personas que laboran en dicha sede transiten fuera del municipio de San Pedro entre las 12 y 6 am. Como si San Pedro fuera tan seguro…

Due to increasing violence in the Monterrey metropolitan area and Consular District, the Consulate General’s security office has restricted personal travel outside of the San Pedro Garza Garcia municipality between the hours of midnight and 6:00 A.M. for American personnel at the Consulate and their families. These policies are in addition to previous travel restrictions. American citizens in the Monterrey consular district should consider adapting these travel restrictions for themselves, and should remain vigilant and aware of their surroundings at all times.

    Es si es un desmadre metropolitano.

    Sin embargo, una buena parte del personal vive alli. La recomendacion la miro mas como “no salgan de su barrio” en altas horas de la noche.

    Es como NYC y les dicen “No salgan de Manhattan” aunque hay partes de Manhattan que son bien culeras.

    Nomas acuerdense de Chicago. Al rato pasa esto, hombre.
